Our process began with a fragment; here, a repurposed engraved metal sheet from a previous piece became a table surface. Building around this elevated layer, stained ash forms a body to cradle the etching. The veil, sewn from a found textile, is brought together with the frame through simple assemblage, affixed with two green buttons on each side. Created for Arkforma's exhibition CRAFT & TOOL, at Nivaagaard Teglværks Ringovn from the 6th - 28th of September 2025.
